- Cleaners must wear PPE (masks and gloves) and practice frequent hand hygiene whilst at customers’ homes.
- Cleaners must practice physical distancing (1.5 metres) while in customers’ homes or offices
- All cleaners have been certified in COVID-19 Infection Control Training.
- We regularly communicate with our cleaners regarding their health and the importance of isolating, getting tested, and seeking further medical advice if they feel unwell; and
- Cleaners are aware that they are not to attend work if they or any of their close contacts display any COVID-19 symptoms. ASRC Cleaning provides Paid Pandemic Leave for staff who are unwell, undergoing testing or isolating to ensure that no staff member is inclined to go to work if they are unwell, or goes without a stable income during their period or isolation

We kindly ask our customers to also take the following precautions:
- Always keep at least 1.5 metres distance between you and the cleaner. Preferably, move to a different room from where the cleaner is working.
- Wear a mask as an extra safety measure.
- If you or someone in your home is experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms, please notify us immediately so we can cancel your upcoming bookings.
- If you or someone in your home has tested positive for COVID-19 and your cleaner has recently completed a service at your place, please notify us immediately so we can notify your cleaner to get tested and self-isolate.
