Service Disclaimer

  • All areas are expected to be free of clutter. Our cleaners are not there to tidy, but if you do require this service, we can assist.
  • Fireplaces must be unused for 48 hours prior to cleaning.
  • We require to be informed of items or surfaces needing special care.
  • We are NOT responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item.
  • All surfaces for example marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc. are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
  • Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection.
  • We only clean windows, blinds and walls that can be reached with a 3-step ladder.
  • Superior Cleaning Australia by Trade does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as, rust, mildew or others caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.
  • For our cleaner’s safety, no other jobs should be done while we are cleaning.
  • The presence of other workers or excess of people or animals in the house might cause the estimate to be inaccurate.
  • Having other work done in a house while our teams are working might affect the cost and time needed to complete the cleaning to your satisfaction.
  • In Accordance with our OHS we cannot always move heavy furniture.
  • Before and after Photos may be taken – if you don’t want any taken, please let us know.
  • For hygiene reasons a toilet brush must be provided.
  • Satisfaction Guaranteed, this means if unsatisfied or something was missed, we will come back free of charge to rectify what hasn’t been done. We do not give discounts or void invoices without returning first, or photo evidence.
  • We cannot guarantee the same cleaner every time, but please let us know if this is an issue.
  • For Spring Cleans and Deep Cleans – Please remove items from draws, if items are not removed cleaner will only clean around what they can access.
  • We will return within 24 – 72 hours to rectify anything missed on our Bond Cleans.
